Altromondo Studios (originally Club dell'Altromondo), based in Rimini (Italy), is the number 44 disco in the List of DJ Magazine's Top 100 Clubs of the world.Number 2 in Italy, it has a capacity of 1,600 persons. Opened in July 1967 by Gilberto Amati, it was the first in Europe to introduce the concept of a live concert club, with Ray Charles, James Brown, Tina Turner, Eumir Deodato and Van McCoy performing there.
