Scott Disick's 5150 Hospitalization Teaches Us to Celebrate the Craziness Rather Than Hide It

Scott Disick was reportedly hospitalized in August after the Los Angeles fire department responded to a call at his home. As a result, Disick was placed on psychiatric hold. While several media outlets and individuals are choosing to react by stirring up discussions of how and why he ended up in this situation, we have one thing to say.

In a world as crazy as this one, for someone with a life as eventful and busy as a celebrity's, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with "5150." There is nothing wrong with it for anyone, actually, and we all understand in some way or another what it is like to feel mentally tested. It's 2017 and mental illness is becoming just as accepted as physical illness because guess what? It is equally important.

Who said 5150 was such a bad place anyway?! Countless comedians, actresses and actors, and geniuses have been there. Most of us are no stranger to it so why don't we all celebrate the "crazy" instead of hide from it. This is the entertainment industry. We have become experts at masking the parts of us we don't want to show, but maybe they are the most unique. Maybe the craziness is what makes you the life of the party!

Scott Disick is a party boy with good taste and a sarcastic humor that America has fallen in love with and this changes nothing. We would still party with him anyway! We hope he recovers fully and takes some well-deserved time to relax and get back to his hilarious self.
