We're super hyped up for this weekend's activities! If the thought of rocking out to live music for three days straight without coming up for air stresses you out, we don't blame you. Luckily, Northern Nights has plenty of activities lined up for you to keep you entertained in-between concerts.
If you've ever wanted to try out a yoga retreat in nature but weren't ready to commit, here's your chance to sample a little bit of yoga bliss in the redwoods. Every day from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, you'll find bloom yoga in the grove. And if you happen to be awake and ready to go by 9:15 am, you can come to the grove to zen out to a half hour morning meditation session underneath the majestic redwoods.
Rumor has it that the food is actually pretty good at these festivals, which is good because unless you pack your own food, your options will be pretty limited. Be sure to check out the specialty bars as well for a chance to unwind and meet people.
Northern Nights has a lineup of muralists posted that will be doing their thing right on scene. I think we can all agree that there's something a little mesmerizing about watching art be created right in front of your eyes, so if you're in the mood for a little relaxation, head on over to check out what's going on with the live art scene.
Let's face it: you're going to want to have something to remember how awesome your weekend was at Northern Nights. Wander around and see what different merchandise is for sale at all the different art and fashion vendors in-between events.
Want to make your souvenir a little bit more personal? Make something at one of the workshops. You'll try something new and have fun while doing it.
When all else fails, head on over to the standup comedy and improv scene for a few good belly laughs before heading back out to your favorite stage for some live music.
