VIP Club Scene ("we", "us", or "our") operates the VIP Club Scene mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Account & Profile Information

• Name, username, email address, and password credentials needed to create and secure your account.
• Profile details you choose to add, such as photos, bio text, social links, category, and creator settings.
• Account settings such as private profile preferences and notification preferences.

User Content

• Posts, media uploads, captions, direct messages, livestream details, reports, and other content you create or submit through the Services.
• Associated metadata such as timestamps, message status, media type, and engagement counts.

Payments & Transaction Information

• On iOS, digital purchases made inside the app may be processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
• On other supported platforms, certain payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or card processors, depending on the product and platform.
• We store transaction records, wallet balances, subscription status, and payout-related records needed to operate the Services and comply with legal obligations.

Device, Security & Diagnostic Information

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and log/diagnostic information used to secure and maintain the Services.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, localization, and legal compliance. We do not collect precise GPS location through the app for normal account use.
• Push notification tokens so we can deliver notifications you have enabled.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Display profiles, posts, messages, and other service features.
• Process transactions, subscriptions, wallet credits, payouts, refunds, and related records.
• Detect abuse, investigate reports, enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, and protect users.
• Send service-related messages such as security alerts, transaction notices, and policy updates.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

How We Share Information

• With Other Users: Profile and content that you choose to make visible through the Services may be shown to other users according to your privacy settings and platform features.
• With Service Providers: We use vendors that help us operate hosting, notifications, payments, livestream infrastructure, storage, moderation, and customer support.
• For Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose information when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce our policies, protect users, or comply with law.
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Cookies, Tracking & Mobile Platform Privacy

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and basic site functionality. The iOS app is not intended to track users across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. If we ever introduce app-based tracking that requires permission under Apple policy, we will request that permission through the appropriate platform prompt before doing so.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, detect abuse, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or payment-related obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected.

Account Deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion from inside the mobile app in Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. You may also contact support@vipclubscene.com if you need assistance. When an account deletion request is completed, we remove or de-identify account data except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-record purposes.

Children

VIP Club Scene is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction if higher. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Services or knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Update: You can update many profile details and settings from within the app.
• Notifications: You can control push notifications through your device settings and available in-app controls.
• Privacy Settings: You can manage features such as private profile visibility from within the app.
• Deletion Requests: You can delete your account from within the app as described above.

User-Generated Content & Moderation

VIP Club Scene includes user-generated content and messaging features. We provide in-app reporting and blocking tools and maintain internal moderation workflows to review reports, remove violating content, and restrict or ban accounts that violate our rules or applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so you should also protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. By using the Services, you understand that data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of the page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
